A welcoming, slow-paced class suitable for all abilities – whether you prefer to practise on the mat, in a chair, or a mix of both. We focus on gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation to support flexibility, strength, and calm. Perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone looking for a kinder, more adaptable practice.

Accessible yoga can help you:

Location: Firth Park Bowling Green (inside the park, opposite the Doctor’s Surgery at 396 Firth Park Road, S5 6HD).

Price: £8 per class, paid in blocks of 4 classes (£32). Your first class is half price (£4) if you’d like to try it out.
